Somatic work can be healing, but it requires a certain level of emotional and physical safety.
If you have a history of dissociation, hallucinations, delusions, ongoing addiction, treatment-resistant mental illness, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or borderline personality disorder, please do not sign up for this workshop. About your workshop host, Tamsyn Rippon - Sakura Counselling
Tamsyn Rippon is a qualified relational therapist based in Hong Kong, holding dual master's degrees in Counselling and Education. With a diverse background as a journalist and teacher, Tamsyn has cultivated a deep understanding of human connections and the complexities of interpersonal relationships. She specializes in helping adults, adolescents, and families navigate their emotional challenges, offering a safe space to explore personal insights and foster inner strength. Tamsyn is trained in various therapeutic approaches, including Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and is a registered member of both the Hong Kong Society of Counselling and Psychology and the Australian Counselling Association.
