  • Can you speak more about how common ADHD traits, such as emotional dysregulation or impulsivity, can manifest in intimate relationships?

  • What are the most frequent challenges you've observed, and how do they impact both partners?

  • What's the most effective strategy or communication tool you would recommend for an ADHD individual and their partner to use?

  • Be an Anonymous Observer: Simply listen in and learn.
