About your workshop host: Sanam Thakur
Sanam is a coach and life strategist that focuses on System 1 (subconscious) and System 2 (conscious) brain functions. She has 15 years of corporate leadership experience but after a series of life events, she was driven to re:think how individuals can best support themselves in navigating life with sustainable success and resilience.
