Dial in to chat with Sne about Coping During Crisis! This event is a casual 45-minute open format Q&A hosted on Google Meet.

For this Community Call, you're invited to ask questions about managing acute stress and anxiety to restore a sense of safety, agency, and community connection.

🎯 Expect to hear answers on:

1. How can I calm my nervous system when I feel triggered by reminders of the crisis?

2. What is a healthy way to talk to my children about what happened without causing them fear?

3. I feel helpless and guilty for not being able to do more. How can I manage these feelings?

4. How can we support our friends and neighbours who were directly affected?

5. Where can we find legitimate professional mental health support in Hong Kong right now?
