Respect Towards Others - All individuals must treat each other with kindness and respect, including guests and staff. Discrimination and harassment are not tolerated. Our staff is dedicated to creating a welcoming environment, and all interactions should be civil and appreciative. Aggressive behavior, bullying, and verbal abuse, such as shouting or insults, are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to remove individuals engaging in bad behavior, and continued disrespect may lead to bans or legal action.
Your personal information - We will use the personal information you provide in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We pledge to maintain all records and personal information concerning members and their guests in strict confidence.
Ticket Refunds and Exchanges - Tickets are non-refundable. However, tickets may be exchanged for credits for events hosted by Women of Hong Kong but are subject to availability and final approval of the team.
Venue Policies - No outside food or beverages are allowed, except for water in sealed containers. Smoking is prohibited on the event premises. Pets are not permitted, except for service animals with certificates. Attendees must comply with all instructions from event staff and security personnel. The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual from the event premises.
Photography and Filming - By attending the event, you consent to being photographed and/or filmed. These images and recordings may be used for promotional purposes by the organizers.
Children’s Information - You acknowledge that participation may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of injury. You agree that Women of Hong Kong shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may arise from such participation. You assume full responsibility for any risks associated with your or your child’s participation in any activities or use of services provided by Women of Hong Kong.
Liability - The organizers are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property during the event. Attendees participate at their own risk. All items brought into and/or left in the event place are entirely at the risk of the member or their guests.
CCTV - Members and their guests should be aware that for safety reasons, CCTV is used across all event venues. CCTV footage will only be provided pursuant to a police request as part of an active investigation, or as required by subpoena or law.
Governing Law - These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
Amendments - Women of Hong Kong reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
