It is about connecting and celebrating food with a focus on wellbeing and advocating for healthy and sustainable food systems. She is a passionate home chef, recipe developer, cooking instructor, certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and strategic marketing communications consultant.
Beth is an internationally accredited functional medicine health coach, nutritionist, trainer and founder of B Fit the Wright Way with over 25 years of expertise in health and nutrition. Her wellness philosophy is deeply rooted in science and tailored to each individual.
