Holiday Ornaments - Faux Calligraphy Basic Workshop

Come and join this taster class and learn the basics of faux calligraphy! 

In this workshop you will learn what faux calligraphy is, the different tools you can use, and the basic rules to apply this to any surface. You will then decorate your own shatterproof baubles with metallic leaf, and put your new skills to use by personalizing the baubles with faux calligraphy!

Participants will go home with:

- personalised folder

- worksheets and alphabet exemplar

- two 10cm shatterproof baubles

- 1 paint pen (gold or silver)

About Mansi: Mansi Shah-Kothari is the artist behind Kolligraphy; she is a modern calligrapher and engraving artist, who loves applying calligraphy and lettering to almost any surface imaginable! She focuses on brand activations and collaborations, personalization of items, and teaches workshops in calligraphy and watercolour lettering.  

Preparation: Attendees will need to provide the names they would like on their ornaments and choose their preferred color of silver or gold.
