About Lisa:
Lisa Tarquini is a 2 x cancer survivor, mum of two beautiful surrogate babies, and a UK Registered Nutritionist specialising in women’s health. With over 20 years as a practising nutritionist Lisa understands the benefits of nutrition to relieve some of the side-effects of the menopause such as increased weight gain around the abdominal area, increased cholesterol and the onset of osteoporosis. Lisa believes that good nutrition can contribute to a positive menopause experience.
