We're taking the traditional speaker events that you're used to and recreating it so that each attendee gets the most out of the session!

WHAT TO EXPECT:

• Registration and Networking will begin at 6:00PM in the lobby.
• The Speaker Panel includes a 30 minute session.
• After the Speaker Panel, you will have the option to join a Breakout Room or return to the Lobby.
• The Breakout Rooms are open for 15 minutes where you can spend more time with the speakers to ask questions or discuss the topics further.

THE SPEAKER PANEL How? We're inviting 2 or more professionals in the field to openly discuss real issues about specific topics that we believe women will find valuable (and sometimes, don't want to hear but need to know!). Our sessions will be moderated by a member to direct the flow of conversation while eliminating the fluff.

Why? Your time is valuable and knowledge is important! Having two or more speakers dive into tackling a topic together can produce thought-provoking conversations.

THE BREAKOUT ROOMS

How? You'll be able to sit down and listen in on what the speakers have to say as they discuss the best ways forward as a Woman in Hong Kong, followed by 15 minute intimate Q&A sessions in a breakout room.

Why? Ever had a burning question for the speaker but ran out of time before you could ask? Or are hearing answers to questions you don't have? Breakout rooms allow for smaller groups to virtually "sit" with speakers and give you a one-on-one, allowing you to ask a question or join a discussion outside of the panel session.

NETWORKING LOUNGE

How? You'll be able to enter the members lounge where you can network and meet other members.

Why? Networking is always a great way to connect with members and explore potential collaborations.
