Pilates x Strength is your full-body power session designed to sculpt, tone, and energize. This mat-based class will be run by Anastasia Tsiupa and aims to fuse the fluidity of Pilates with targeted strength training using props like rings, balls, and hand weights. You’ll fire up your core, boost mobility, and build lean muscle—all in one dynamic, feel-good workout. Whether you're stepping onto the mat for balance, strength, or a recharge, this session delivers.
This experience is created for women who want to feel strong, centered, and recharged, whether you're a pilates regular, a busy professional seeking balance, or simply exploring new ways to care for your body.

About your instructor Anastasia Tsiupa
Anastasia is a Pilates instructor and nutrition coach from Ukraine. She started to do Pilates during her modeling career. It completely transformed her body, mind, and self-awareness. Inspired by the impact of it, Anastasia dove deeper into learning and practicing Pilates. Now, she is here to share her passion to help others achieve their health and wellness goals. Anastasia looks forward to working together to improve your mind-body connection through Pilates movement!
