Rights. Justice. Action. - International Women's Day Brunch
Join us for a day of inspiring conversations, networking, and community. Let’s celebrate the end of International Women's Month with members!
When & Where:
Mar 08, 2026, 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
29th floor - Soho House, 33 Des Voeux Rd W, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong
Everything You Need To Know:
Women are taught to push through. To say yes. To be the ones who hold everything together-for their families, their teams, their communities and causes.
But justice work requires endurance. And endurance requires fuel.
This panel explores the connection between inner wellbeing and outer action. From physical health to mental resilience to the communities that hold us, we ask:
What does it mean to claim rest as a right, not a reward?
How do we build internal justice-the belief that we are worthy of care-so we can demand it from the world?
What does sustainable action actually look like, for the long haul?

The official United Nations theme for IWD 2026 is "Rights. Justice. Action. For ALL Women and Girls."
When we hear these words, we often think outward: laws, policies, representation, advocacy. But this panel exists to explore a truth that is rarely spoken aloud:
You cannot fight for rights if you are running on empty.
You cannot demand justice if you don't believe you deserve it.
And you cannot take sustained action if your body and mind have already given out.
This conversation is not a break from the "real" discussion about justice. It is the foundation of it.
