Santa Baby - Pole For Beginners Workshop

Explore pole fitness with us, in this class we will learn some basic pole moves step-by-step and connect them into a short & fun Christmas choreography. No experience required.   

Class details: Our teacher will introduce some basic background of pole dance and fitness. We will start with a warm-up to get your body ready to learn a few basic pole moves. Then, we will put these moves together to do a short choreo and dance to the Christmas tune Santa Baby!

About the Studio: Flaunt Studio is a home of a supportive community where we share our passion and love for pole dance & fitness. We believe pole dance empowers us to express ourselves in our unique way and style, and hope this will inspire other aspects in their lives.     

Preparation: Wear your sport bras and shorts as you will need the skin contact to hold onto the pole (now you know why the skin exposure ;)  and bring a pair of socks and your water bottle to keep yourself hydrated. And don't forget your beautiful smile and good energy

Why do we want to run Workshops?

Our purpose to organise workshops at WOHK is to provide more opportunities for our members - to come together, connect and collaborate, have fun and learn, bond over new experiences, share knowledge and expand horizons.

We need to emphasize, as with all other WOHK events and activities, the workshops offer an environment where all opinions are respected, free of competitiveness, with no judgement or fear of failure.  We support and encourage each other as we explore new skills and experiences.
