Why Girls Who Play Sport Become Women Who Lead
A staggering 94% of female C-suite executives played sports, with many crediting it as a game-changer in their career success.
Sport isn’t just a game – it’s a game-changer for gender parity.
From the pitch to the boardroom, sport builds resilience, teamwork, and leadership—qualities that propel women forward in their careers and lives. But you don’t have to be an elite athlete to benefit—just getting active can transform your confidence, career, and ability to lead.
Join us for an inspiring panel discussion on how sport shapes women’s success. Our speakers—elite athletes, industry leaders, and trailblazers—will share their experiences, explore the link between sport and leadership, and provide actionable insights to help women rise.
And that’s not all...
After the panel, join us for sundowners on the terrace to witness the finish of the Ladies Helm Race Day—where all boats are helmed by women, symbolising empowerment and female leadership in action.
