Founded in 2015 by Crisel Consunji & Carsten Rakutt, Baumhaus is a pioneering company in Hong Kong, seamlessly blending high-quality facilities with internationally acclaimed music programs to create a hub for creative child development and community engagement. Our family-oriented philosophy and community-centred approach have been embraced by both local and expatriate families across Hong Kong.

Before Baumhaus, Crisel, an award-winning actress, singer, and educator, impacted 120 students with Kindermusik, experiencing its profound influence on children's creativity and development. Crisel envisioned a community space that would inspire lifelong learning, creativity, and a kinder generation through music and movement.

In collaboration with co-founder Carsten, they brought Baumhaus to life, a unique fusion of a creative arts education centre and a family recreation space, fostering a welcoming, collaborative environment that encourages parents to participate.
