We are from the U.K. originally, now happily living in Hong Kong, but wanted to spend our Christmas holidays with family back in the U.K. Christmas wouldn’t be the same without Monty, our little Bolognese dog, being with us. We were finding this a big challenge until we spoke with Melody, who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! We went ahead and received a very professional and friendly service, with all documents and health checks smoothly completed, and Monty being on the same flight as us! Everything was well planned and looked after and we were kept updated throughout. Monty was always very happy and we cannot thank Melody enough for enabling us all to have Christmas holiday in the U.K. together.
