Being an entrepreneur, a community builder and a mother, she focuses on coaching high potential Women Leaders, enabling them to gain confidence, empowering them to lead a balanced, successful and a fulfilling life. An accomplished entrepreneur, Mehroo is the founder of Mums@PLAY, a vibrant community platform designed to support mothers and women entrepreneurs in Hong Kong.

An MBA in marketing, Mehroo has gone through a wide variation in her career trajectory. Starting with the Tata Group, India as a TAS officer she performed roles in sales and marketing across industries. Despite the promising career growth, motherhood took priority, and Mehroo took a sabbatical to become a full-time mother. Living in Hong Kong for the last 17 years, including a brief stint in the UK, Mehroo founded Mums@PLAY, an events and community platform that supports and empowers women entrepreneurs in Hong Kong, through events, expert-led workshops and networking meets.

Her coaching clients include mid to senior-level women executives who find themselves at pivotal career crossroads, seeking both clarity and direction, ambitious entrepreneurs who aspire to embark on new ventures or elevate existing businesses and motivated individuals who need assistance in navigating challenges, building resilience and enhancing their overall well-being.


Mehroo is also a certified Youth Coach and has extensive experience supporting students, having served as Pastoral Lead in an international school in Hong Kong. She has provided over 100 hours of pro bono coaching for graduate and MBA students partnering with universities in India and Hong Kong.
