The CEO, Liz McCaughey, is a qualified psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience in counselling and workshop presentation. AMindset, is Liz’s HK-based company, and Kumara, is her Australian-based company. Liz is a presenter of multiple personal and corporate psychological well-being workshops. She has supported and facilitated group therapy sessions and presented seminars for large corporations and at universities and military locations. Liz has a depth of awareness and expertise to benefit all people – young to old Liz has personally trained the AMindset Team through their practicum within the Monash University Master of Counselling Program. All therapists and trainers are mature professionals and have a minimum of at least one master’s qualification. Liz has a Master of Applied Neuroscience from Kings College London and a Master of Counselling from Monash University Australia.
