We went ahead and received a very professional and friendly service, with all documents and health checks smoothly completed, and Monty being on the same flight as us! Everything was well planned and looked after and we were kept updated throughout. Monty was always very happy and we cannot thank Melody enough for enabling us all to have Christmas holiday in the U.K. together.
